1. Copyright Protection

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the disputed material and notify the user who originally posted it.
4. Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed from our website due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe this removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent. Your Counter-Notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL location prior to removal.
- Your legal name, mailing address, email, and phone number.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which our website may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA claim.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Cinemora Presets maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. We reserve the right to terminate access, block downloads, or suspend the accounts of any user who repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others.
